Steps
1. How to Complete an Order:
- If your store is in Sandbox mode, you will need to use the email of the store administrator (owner) to complete an order. From the Administrator Profile, copy the email to place test orders.
- Add a product to the cart, proceed to Checkout, and select a delivery location. Enter the previously copied Administrator Profile email in the email field.
- Fill in all the required information and press the Complete Order button.
2. Review the Order:
- Log into your store's admin panel and navigate to the Orders section.
- New orders are listed first, and you can see the new order immediately in the order list.
3. Fulfill the Order:
- Press the Fulfill products button.
- The order status will automatically update to Fulfilled (or Shipped if it was prepaid).
4. Change the Order Status:
- Click on the order status, e.g., Fulfilled, to open a dropdown menu.
- You can change the order status according to the available options.
