This metric visualizes the total number of customers for a given period.  

  • Returning - The visualization includes data on the percentage and number of customers who have placed more than one order in the store. 
  • New - The visualization includes data on the percentage and number of customers who have placed only one order within the selected period. 


The graph visualizes data according to the period - hour, day, month, or year, which you specified, showing information: the lower line represents new customers, and the upper line represents returning customers. 


Important! The sum of the graph by hours/days/months may differ from the total number of customers. This is due to changes in the period and the possibility of a customer participating as new on a specific day, returning on another day, or returning on multiple occasions. For each specific day, a returning customer is added as such.
