NTC logistics offers fast and eficient shipping services. To activate your CloudCart store integration with NTC logistics and add the required settings is easy. You just have to follow the steps in this article. With this shipping integration, you will have everything you need to manage both orders and deliveries - directly from the administration panel of your CloudCart store.
Activation
1. To activate NTC logistics services in your store, log into your admin panel, go to App section > All apps, and install the NTC logistics.
Settings
2. Once you've installed the app, you will be redirected to a page where you have to enter your credentials from your contract with NTC logistics. When you sign the contract, you will receive these credentials for activating the module in your store (your email address and a password for accessing the shipping provider service). The credentials should be valid to proceed to the settings page. Tap the Connect to NTC logistics button.
Also, don't forget to enable the app from the ON/OFF button in the upper right corner of the screen.
1. In the first section, you can change the name and the logo of the shipping provider by selecting another file to upload from your computer.
2. Add the information about the sender's address.
Here you should enter the following data:
- Sender Name
- Sender Phone
- Country Code
- Town
- Postcode
- Sender Address
3. Now it's time to Choose the Service type to an address clients.
You must select all the services you have chosen to activate in your NTC logistics account when signing the contract. All the services that are included in your contract must be listed here. You can get more information about each service from your NTC logistics representative.
You have 3 options here:
- Fixed value at price without NTC logistics calculator - choosing this type of service, you must manually fill in the shipping value according to the order's final price.
- Fixed value by weight without NTC logistics calculator - choosing this type of service, you must manually fill in the shipping value according to the order's weight.
- Fixed value by price and weight without NTC logistics calculator - this service combines the previous two.
It is possible to set different price conditions according to the product categories for all service types. To do this, activate the button ON/OF.

Settings for the "Fixed value by weight without NTC logistics calculator" option.
Settings for the "Fixed value by price and weight without NTC logistics calculator" option.
You can also activate the option to "Set different shipping prices based on the product categories to address."
Important: for each of the shipping options you can leave the "value" field empty, so you can offer free shipping. Of course, keep in mind that the taxes for the shipping cost should be paid by you.

Shipping regions
At this step, you can set the regions to which this shipping method applies or choose to apply it globally from the ON / OFF button. If you turn off the button from the drop-down menu you should select specific shipping regions you have created in advance (in our help articles you can find out what Geo zones and Geo polygons are for and how to apply them correctly).
If you activate this option, the shipping method will be valid and visible to customers only located in the specific region(s) for which you have chosen to apply. For customers who ordered from other regions, this shipping method will not be visible in the checkout.
You can also choose to apply the shipping methods globally by switching the "Make it Global" switch to "On".
Payment provider
At this step, you should choose if this shipping provider will be available for every payment method or only for those that you specify.
If you want to apply this shipping method to all payment providers - switch the option to "All".
Settings for receiving the shipment
At this step, you can set who will pay for the shipment by default. You can designate it to be the sender or the receiver. Also, you can add a default shipping weight.
Additional settings
It's time to add the final settings.
In this field, you can set up the following fields:
- Enable cash on delivery - if you want to offer Cash on Delivery, turn the switch to "ON"
- Return documents - if you want to create return documents, turn the switch to "ON"
- Payment method - choose if your preferred method is "cash" or "account"
After you have entered all of the settings, don't forget to hit the "Save" button at the bottom of the page. Now your integration with NTC logistics is ready to be used in your store.
