This metric visualizes the percentage of abandoned carts for a given period. You can specify a certain period and compare it with a previous period/year. 


Comparison can be made with a period no later than January 15, 2023, as the collected data is from the specified date.

Abandoned Carts Rate

The first graph shows the overall percentage of abandoned carts before reaching the checkout page. The data is visualized in both percentage and quantity for desktop and mobile versions. 


The calculations are based on the total number of customers who reached the cart minus the number of customers who reached the order completion page. The graph visualizes data according to the period you have set, whether it's hourly, daily, monthly, or yearly. 

Abandoned Checkouts rate

The graph below displays the overall percentage of abandoned checkouts, which refers to carts that reached the checkout page but were not completed. The data is visualized in both percentage and quantity for desktop and mobile versions. 


The calculations are based on the total number of customers who reached the checkout page minus the number of customers who completed the order. The graph visualizes data according to the period you have set, whether it's hourly, daily, monthly, or yearly. 

The data for the percentage of abandoned carts is visualized based on the order statuses you have set in "Settings".
