Products by Units Sold

This metric visualizes the top-selling products based on the quantity sold for a given period. You can specify a specific period and compare it with a previous period/year*.


*The data is visualized based on the default order statuses set in the "Settings" - Paid, Fulfilled, Pending, Payment Authorized, Shipped.


The top 5 best-selling products by quantity are displayed. Information for each product is shown as a percentage relative to the type of device used - desktop and mobile devices of customers who placed orders. It also includes data on the total quantity sold for the period and the total revenue from the sold item. If you hover over a specific device, either desktop or mobile, you will also see the total number of orders made through that device. 


To obtain additional information about the products, you can click directly on the product. You will find information about:

  • Total number of customer views of the product 
  • Total number of orders in which the product is included
  • Total quantity sold of the product
  • Conversion rate - the percentage of visits that resulted in an order out of the total number of visits
  • Total revenue generated by the product

From the additional options, you can choose to compare the data and select the time period for data visualization - hourly, daily, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. You can export the data you see by clicking the button in your screen's top right corner.

You will receive information about the best-selling products based on quantity in ascending order, including their names, product views, the total number of orders in which the product is included, total quantity sold, the conversion rate for the product (percentage of visits that resulted in an order out of the total number of visits), and total revenue generated by the product.  

When selecting a specific product, you will receive detailed information with the same metrics for the chosen time period - hourly, daily, monthly, quarterly, or yearly, and the option to compare. 


The records displayed in the "View details" section are limited to 1000 entries. If you have more records, you can view them by exporting them using the respective button. Exported data is limited to 150,000 entries.


Products by Sales

This metric visualizes data* for the top-selling products based on their total value from all orders within a given period. You can specify a specific period and compare it with the previous period or year. 


*The data is visualized according to the default order statuses set in "Settings" - Paid, Fulfilled, Pending, Authorized Payment, Shipped.  


The list includes the top 5 best-selling products that have generated the highest revenue as a sum. For each product, you can find the information presented as a percentage breakdown based on the device version - desktop and mobile devices used by customers who made purchases. Additionally, data is provided for the total revenue generated by the product and the total quantity sold during the period. If you hover the mouse cursor over a specific device, desktop or mobile, you will also see the total number of orders made through it.

Products by Traffic

This metric visualizes data for the most visited products in your online store within a given period. You can specify a certain period and compare it with the previous period or year. 


Comparison can be done with a period no later than January 17, 2023, as the collected data is from the specified date.


The list includes the top 5 most visited products in your online store.
